Georgia House: 2009 SESSION:

HB-166 By: Representative Barnard of the 166th. The Georgia veterans organizations, including this organization supports HB-166. This legislation will significantly improve the ability of those veterans organizations to raise funding for their service to veterans and their families. Please call or e-mail your House. House Bill 674 has been introduced by our Columbus Delegation. This legislation is of great benefit to Georgia's veterans, especially veterans posts and our Shrine Clubs providing transportation services and other types of programs and services for veterans, their dependents and children from throughout the Chattahoochee Valley. Georgia Senate: 2009 SESSION:

Senator Ed Harbinson has responded to the Coalition's Legislative liaison reference O.C.G.A. 16-12-60(f) and HB-166. Still awaiting Senator Harp's response. A reply has been sent to Senator Harbison's response and we are awaiting his reply.
